At XITO Naturals, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on used or opened products.
Returns & Refunds
- Non-Refundable Items: Once a product is sold, it cannot be refunded. However, a product may be eligible for return or exchange within **24 hours of delivery** if it is received in a damaged condition or if items are missing from the order.
- Initiating a Return: To report a damaged product or missing items, please email us at **support@xitonaturals.in** within **24 hours of receiving your order**. We will work with you to replace the order promptly.
Terms & Conditions
- Processing Refunds: Refunds are processed within **8 days of receiving the returned items** in acceptable condition.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned product.
- Refund Mode: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Exchange Policy: XITO Naturals does not offer exchanges. Customers may return products within **15 days** for a refund, provided they are unused and unopened.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, no charges will apply, and a full refund will be issued.
